We choose to supply the customer with our MF-IIC, Dual head auger filler. The single head, dual spindle design with a single bulk infeed port met the customers space and feeding requirements; with the dual spindle auger and high speed feedscrew indexing meeting the speed requirements.

Solution
After extensive testing, it was determined the PF-11HCW was the best solution for the customer. High accuracy was achieved by the high capacity hopper supplying the auger with a dense, conditioned product and a Fill-by-weigh system allowing the filler to fill 90% volumetrically and the final 10% by weight. The units non-powered roller conveyor addressed ergonomic issues of off loading the heavy, filled boxes.

The unit was supplied with bottom-up lift mechanism, vibration bridge and lift, and custom designed tooling; giving the operator a plethora of adjustments to accommodate the nuances of each product.
